Hello and thank you for visiting my website and online shop.
Sixteen years ago I started my soap making business. I believe as strongly now as I did then in the whole idea of a small, rural business, hand making pure products from raw ingredients. As ever, the whole process takes place here in my workshop, with everything being made by hand, by me. Because I make products from beginning to end, I can take time to consider what I feel are the best ingredients for the purpose. Fresh milk from local goats is still my great favourite. Honey is also a wonderful compliment to skin. Herbs, essential oils, a range of plant oils and butters are chosen to soothe and pamper your skin. And you can rest assured that all my ingredients are ethically sourced wherever possible and of the highest quality.
All my products are fully safety certified by an independent safety assessor, in accordance with EU cosmetic regulations.
The soaps are wrapped by hand in gorgeous printed cotton fabrics which I get great pleasure from choosing each season. I hope you enjoy my choices!
Please try to re-use the fabrics where you can, or if you would like to return them to me, I always pass them on to my out-worker Joan, who makes them into beautiful quilted gifts, where all the money raised is given to the South West Childrens Hospice.
